- Pre Marketing Inspection: Walk through your home and discuss what should be done to successfully market the home and obtain highest price
- CMA: Analyzing available date in local market by comparing similar homes that are currently on the market, under contract and recently sold
- Compliance with all state and federal laws: Review and assist in state disclosure laws and New York State Property Disclosure requirements. Review all mandate Lead Paint forms and requirements
- Marketing Your Home: Keeping you informed throughout the sale. Preparing a personal Marketing Plan
- Pre Qualify Buyers: I have a mortgage representative available to get buyers qualified. He’s just a phone call away
- Negotiating Offers: Using my years of experience in representing your best interest in obtaining the highest price for your home
- Meet Inspectors: Meet with home inspection company and termite inspector after an offer is accepted on your home
- Meet Bank Appraiser: Once your home is under contract I will coordinate a meeting with the bank appraiser and provide them necessary comps that best supports the value of your home
- Final Inspection: Meet with the buyer for final walk through before closing
- Closing: I will be there for you and be your advocate from the day we meet until your home is sold
